Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen okra
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    water to thin
    1 bay leaf
    dash of thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook okra in large iron pot with 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
    Cook until the sliminess has diminished.
