Dove Breasts And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 dove breasts
seasoned flour
1/4 c. oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. long grain rice
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. chicken stock or broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Roll doves in seasoned flour. Brown in oil in heavy skillet. Add celery, onion and bell pepper. Saute until limp. Add rice, tomatoes and stock. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Check rice for doneness and bake longer, if necessary.
