Spinach Gratin(Gratin D'Epinards) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fresh, young spinach, finely chopped and stems removed
    1/4 c. olive oil
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Oil dish with 1 tablespoon of oil.
    Add spinach and salt. Coat with bread crumbs and rest of oil.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Cook 50 minutes.
