Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 Tbsp. cream of tartar
    16 crushed saltine crackers
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip egg whites until foam appears.
    Add cream of tartar. Beat until stiff.
    Add sugar and fold in crackers, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
