Killer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese (mild or hot)
    3 chopped scallions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can no bean chili
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Chop onions and Velveeta cheese and place in pan.
    Add chili and heat on medium until cheese is completely melted.
    Serve with nacho chips.
    Great on hot dogs.
