Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 sq. bitter chocolate
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
Preparation

Add chocolate to water.
Place over low flame.
Bring to boil and cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and salt. Boil 4 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Serve hot or cold over ice cream, etc.
Makes 1 cup.
