Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti
    12 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3 c. marinara sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook ziti in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender but firm, about 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Mix to blend well.
    Toss cooked ziti with 2 cups marinara sauce.
    Place 1/2 of the pasta in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Top with Ricotta mixture and 1/2 of the Mozzarella cubes.
    Top with remaining ziti, marinara sauce, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake until ziti is heated through and cheese bubbles, 30 to 35 minutes.
