Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 pie shells (unbaked)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add sugar and mix thoroughly. Add milk, vanilla, nutmeg and flour. Blend well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until custard has set. Serves 12.
