Hardees Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
    2/3 c. club soda
    8 oz. sour cream (can use nonfat sour cream)
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan and cool.
    Mix all ingredients and roll out on floured surface.
    Place biscuits in pan, then turn so both surfaces are buttered.
    Bake in a 500\u00b0 oven until golden brown. (Can cut recipe in half.)
