Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
    5 to 6 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix Crisco, plus sugar.
    To this, add 1 cup boiling water and mix well.
    Add 1 more cup of boiling water to finish dissolving Crisco.
    Put thermometer in and when temperature drops between 105 to 110\u00b0, add yeast.
    Stir well and add beaten eggs.
    Dump the mixture into the flour and mix until blended only.
    Cover and let rise twice or refrigerate overnight.
    Punch down and knead.
    Roll out into rolls.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
