Carolyn'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. strawberry jello
approximately 1 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced or whole

Preparation

Boil sugar, water, cornstarch and jello until thick.
Cool. Bake pie shell and cool.
Place fresh strawberries in cooled crust.
Pour thickened mixture over strawberries.
