Carameled Parsnips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 c. parsnips, peeled and sliced
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cook brown sugar, butter and water until sugar dissolves.
Add parsnips and simmer on each side until tender and caramelized, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
