Green Chilies Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 count pkg. corn tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 c. enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; set aside.
    Take medium saucepan, and melt butter.
    Dip tortillas in melted butter, one at a time, to soften.
    Roll small amount of beef and a small amount of cheese into each tortilla.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
    Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas.
    Top with leftover beef and cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
