Fat-Free Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 packets Butter Buds
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
In medium bowl, mix together Butter Buds with 1 cup water until well dissolved.
Add pumpkin.
Add this to large bowl of dry ingredients; mix well.
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 loaf pans sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake about 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Yield: 2 loaves.
