Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard (prepared)
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sauce mixture

Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Shape into oval loaf.
Put into baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce mixture over loaf.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
