Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cut in pieces
    3 peppers, diced
    3 onions, diced
    1/4 c. wine
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 small garlic clove
Preparation
    Put a drop of oil in frypan; brown pieces of chicken.
    Add cans of tomato sauce, peppers, onions, wine, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, on low heat for 50 minutes.
    Uncover, stir and add Parmesan cheese.
    Serve over a bed of rice with Italian bread.
