Green Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. diced pork
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
6 to 8 jalapeno or green peppers, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
4 Tbsp. flour
16 oz. water
1 medium onion, diced
Preparation

Cut pork into small pieces and fry at low temperatures with ground beef until pork is tender.
Add all spices and flour.
Stir until flour is browned.
Blend peppers and onion with a little water while flour is browning.
Add 16 ounces water to meat and flour to make a gravy.
When gravy has thickened a little, add onion and peppers.
Simmer for at least half an hour.
Serve with beans or Mexican food.
