Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (10 oz.) cans biscuits
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. pecan pieces
1 1/4 sticks butter
Preparation

Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
Quarter each biscuit and roll in sugar mixture.
Layer biscuits and pecan pieces in a well-greased Bundt or tube pan.
In a saucepan combine brown sugar, butter, vanilla and remaining tablespoon cinnamon.
Boil for 1 minute and pour over biscuits and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Eat with fingers.
Pull apart.
You can add 1 cup raisins with pecans if desired.
