Barbecued Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 green onion, chopped or 2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    3/4 c. salad oil
    flank steaks
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl; add steaks.
    Marinate at room temperature for 3 to 6 hours.
    Broil over hot coals until medium-rare or rare.
    Slice diagonally, cutting in 1/2 to 3/4-inch strips.
    Marinade will keep indefinitely in refrigerator if green onion is removed.
