Aunt Grace'S Gingery Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    2 Tbsp. unsulphured molasses
    1 c. ginger ale
    salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic or dash of garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Scrub carrots and slice into 1-inch slices.
    Cook until just tender-crisp in a covered saucepan with ginger ale, molasses, garlic and butter or margarine.
    Sprinkle with minced parsley, salt and pepper before serving.
    Serves 4 or 5.
