Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef stew meat
1 can English peas
1 c. sliced carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 large potato, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and cover with mushroom soup.
Pour into large casserole dish or Dutch oven.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil, then with dish or pot lid.
Place in 250\u00b0 oven for 4 hours. Do not open casserole during cooking time.
