Holiday Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boiled potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Peel cooled potatoes; add cheese.
    (Shred potatoes.) Saute onion in oleo; add soup and sour cream.
    Pour over potatoes. Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with butter.
    Cover with tinfoil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
