Turkey Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. diced turkey
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    hot sauce
    2 c. turkey gravy
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Alternate layers:
    1 1/2 cups bread crumbs and turkey (season each layer).
    Pour gravy over all.
    Combine remaining crumbs, milk and eggs; spread over top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
