Zucchini Graham Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 2/3 c. crushed graham crackers
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inches or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inches.
