Mexican Skillet Lunch(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 c. macaroni
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cook sausage until lightly browned, stirring to keep meat crumbly.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add onion and green pepper and continue to cook 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, macaroni, sugar, chili powder and salt.
    Cover and cook 30 minutes over low heat.
    Stir in sour cream and cook just until heated through.
