Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 can pumpkin pie filling
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    3 small boxes raisins or equivalent
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease and flour 6 mini-loaf pans or 2 regular loaf pans or 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    In large bowl, beat together sugar, eggs, oil, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Sift in flour, baking soda and baking powder; beat.
    Add pumpkin and water; beat.
    Stir in walnuts and raisins.
    Fill containers 2/3 full.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Test.
    Let set in cans or pans for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove.
