Christmas Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat butter and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, sour cream and lemon rind.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Pour into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until loaf tests done.
    Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
    Wrap in foil for 24 hours before slicing.
