4 Layer Easy Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    4 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and nuts.
    Press like pie crust in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until slightly brown. Cool.
