Tuna Sauce For Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, minced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can tuna
    1 can tomato paste in 2 cans water
    Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic lightly in butter or olive oil.
    Add tuna.
    Dissolve tomato paste in water.
    Add seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes at low heat.
    Stir occasionally.
    Makes enough for 1 pound spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
