Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium onions, chopped fine
6 slices brown bread, cubed
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 can Vegeburger
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or 1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 sage
pinch of Accent
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded (may use Cheddar cheese)
Preparation

Saute onion and bread in butter.
Combine remaining 6 ingredients in large bowl. Add mixture to bowl, mix well.
Spread in casserole dish (use 9 x 13-inch for thinner pieces or 8 x 8-inch for thicker pieces).
Spread top of casserole with sauce and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
