Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large well scrubbed potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. chopped ham
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    a little milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prick potatoes with a fork.
    Put them on a baking tray.
    Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Push a skewer through the biggest potato.
    If it is soft, it is cooked.
    Cut potatoes in half lengthways and scoop out the middles.
    Mash potato in a bowl.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix everything together well.
    Fill potato skins with the mixture and bake them for another 15 minutes.
    Decorate with parsley.
