Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. meal
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 can creamed corn
    2 c. grated cheese
    2 jalapeno peppers, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs and corn together; beat well.
    Add meal, baking soda, salt, jalapeno peppers and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
