Banana Macadamia Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. (2 medium) mashed, ripe bananas
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar (3/4 c.) chopped Macadamia nuts or walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine first 8 ingredients; beat at low speed until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes).
    Add bananas and orange juice; mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir in coconut and nuts by hand.
    (Batter will be thick.)
