Boiled Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and milk.
    Cook on high heat until boiling.
    Lower heat and stir constantly with a wooden spoon (do not leave it at all). This usually takes approximately 13 minutes. Add vanilla flavoring.
    Serve pudding hot or cold.
    You may garnish with fruit or bananas, vanilla wafers or nutmeg sprinkled on top.
