Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. butter
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender (30 minute).
    Cool, peel and mash. Combine with next 6 ingredients.
    Spoon evenly into 2 greased 9-inch pans.
    Combine sugar, pecans and flour.
    Sprinkle over top. Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
