Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pie shells
1 c. pecans (optional)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 box powdered sugar
blueberry pie filling (cherry or strawberry can be used if preferred)
Preparation

Press chopped pecans in pie shells and bake.
With mixer, mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Fold mixture into cooled pie shells and hollow out middle.
Add favorite pie filling and refrigerate.
