Balletjes Soup(Small Meatballs Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs or rusk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 grated potato
    8 c. water
    3 to 4 fresh or frozen or 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes, chopped in blender
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. dry soup mix (Knorr vegetable mix or Honig soup)
    3 to 4 oz. thin noodles, broken up
Preparation
    Roll ground beef, cracker crumbs, pepper, salt and egg into small meatballs.
    Boil water. Add meatballs and cook, covered, 1/2 hour. Skim off foam.
    Add tomatoes, canned soup, dry soup mix, noodles and bouillon cubes. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add potato. Simmer 1/2 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
