Barbecue Flavor Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. sliced onion
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in hot oil; add onion and saute.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients
    in separate bowl.
    Pour over pork chops and simmer approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
