Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
2/3 c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 large container Cool Whip
2 c. boiling water
1 large box strawberry jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Mix pretzels, butter and sugar and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes and cool.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread over pretzel crust.
Mix water and jello and let set until slightly jelled.
Mix in strawberries.
Pour over the cream cheese mixture.
Cool to set.
