Fudgie Chocolate Bonbon - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
fine chopped nuts (optional)
60 pieces candy kisses or hugs
2 bars white chocolate
1 tsp. water

Preparation

Melt chocolate and oil; stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Mix in flour, vanilla and nuts until consistency of play dough.
