Mac And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked macaroni (1 c. uncooked), cooled *
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 c. scalded milk
3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. white American cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheese (optional, but makes it better)
Preparation

Melt cheese in with butter and milk.
Mix slightly beaten egg yolks with macaroni.
Add bread crumbs and onion, then milk ingredients.
Beat egg whites and fold in last.
Bake for 45 minutes in moderate oven (350\u00b0).
