Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up and skin removed
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces in 12 x 8-inch casserole.
    Combine reserved juice, broth, soup mix and pineapple.
    Pour over chicken, cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 18 to 22 minutes. Rearrange pieces after a minute.
    Remove chicken to serving platter.
    Combine flour and water; stir to make a smooth paste. Slowly blend into broth.
    Microwave on High 1 minute; stir. Repeat until thickened.
    Pour over chicken.
    Serve with rice.
