Raspberry Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
    juice of 2 limes (3 to 4 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Halve the breasts; bone and skin.
    Flatten with hand.
    Melt butter in heavy pan over low heat.
    Add chicken; cover tightly. Cook slowly until it is no longer pink inside (approximately 5 to 7 minutes), turning once.
    Do not brown.
    Remove chicken and reserve.
