Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger or stew meat
    1 small bag noodles
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced celery
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown the meat first with a dash of salt and pepper; drain well.
    Add water and bring to a simmer.
    Stir in all vegetables and noodles, stirring occasionally, until noodles are soft.
    Add more water, if needed.
