Lemon Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour to coat.
    Spray 10-inch skillet with nonstick Pam cooking spray; add butter.
    Let melt; add chicken breasts.
    Cook over medium heat until chicken is lightly browned (5 to 7 minutes).
    Turn chicken over.
    Continue cooking until lightly browned (5 to 7 minutes).
    Remove chicken; set aside. Stir in lemon juice and garlic.
    Return chicken breasts to pan, simmer 3 minutes.
    Turn chicken breasts over.
    Continue cooking until fork-tender (2 to 3 minutes).
    Serve over rice.
