In And Out Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    milk
    grated cheese
    salt and pepper
    fillings (could include chopped onions, bacon bits, ham, broccoli, etc.)
Preparation
    Bake or microwave potatoes until done.
    Scoop out potatoes, being careful not to tear peeling shell.
    Mix potatoes, butter, milk, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Add whatever fillings you desire. Put mix back into peeling shells.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake or broil until cheese melts.
