Sausage And Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 qt. green beans
    1/4 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Remove from skillet and brown diced onion in 3 tablespoons of the drippings.
    Add flour and stir to a paste.
    Add salt, pepper, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and juice drained from the green beans.
    Cook until thick, stirring well.
    Add the drained green beans.
    Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with the browned sausage.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in a hot oven (400\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
