Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3 eggs
    1 block melted butter
    1 cup chopped shallots
    1 chopped onion
    1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced and drained
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 cup colby cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool slightly and cut into squares.
