Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. grated raw unpeeled zucchini
3 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil, sugar and zucchini.
Mix well.
Stir in flour, salt and soda.
Fold in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1` hour.
