Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream style corn
    1 cup biscuit mix
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg beaten
    2 tablespoons salad oil
    1 can green chili peppers, drained
    6 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese
Preparation
    Spread 1/2 mixture in greased 8 X 8 X 2 inch pan.
    Cover with green chili and monterey jack cheese.
    Spread remaining batter over top.
    Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
